Gloomy Valentine is Isabel Peppard’s first short film and was produced with the assistance of the Australian Film Commission.

It screened at film festivals internationally and was purchased by SBS Television for national broadcast.

Gloomy Valentine is one of the short films selected to be part of ‘Dark Whispers Volume 1’ an Australian female-led anthology of horror stories starring Andrea Demetriades, Anthony LaPaglia and Asher Keddie. ‘Dark Whispers Volume 1’ screened at Cinefest Oz, Cinequest, Seattle International Film Festival and Gold Coast Film Festival.
